Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and me. This policy has been put in place. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a charge of the scheduled services. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

  • 24 hours preferred or prior to 6:00 pm on the close of business day before your scheduled appointment.
  • Same day cancellation charged 50%. No call/no shows charged 100% of your scheduled service.
  • If you have a gift certificate or loyalty package these will be redeemed to cover missed appointments or unpaid fees will have to be paid before future appointments are made.
  • Repeat cancellations at the last minute or failure to show for appointments may be asked to secure future appointments with credit card.
  • Late arrivals – arriving late may require shortening your session in order to accommodate other whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually received, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Last minute illnesses and emergencies happen. If you are not feeling well, have a fever, had recent hospitalization, been experiencing vomiting/diarrhea within 24 hour of your schedule appointment and have reoccurrence within 2 hours of your scheduled massage, or your children are sick. Please cancel. Should weather conditions occur, I prefer that you be safe and do not risk driving. There will be no charge for these conditions. When you receive your appointment reminders this is a great time to notify of any changes to prevent future charges.

Chair Massage

  • $15 for 15 minutes
  • $20 for 20 minutes

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Swedish Massage

  • $35 for 30 minutes
  • $60 for 60 minutes
  • $80 for 90 minutes

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

  • $35 for 30 minutes
  • $60 for 60 minutes
  • $80 for 90 minutes

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Hot Stone Therapy

  • $80 for 60 minutes
  • $95 for 90 minutes

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Reflexology

  • $35 for 30 minutes feet only
  • $65 for 60 minutes ears, hands and feet

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Trouble Spot Cupping Massage

  • $20 for 15 minutes
  • $30 for 20 minutes
  • $40 for 30 minutes
  • $50 for 45 minutes

Performed by using Baguanfa or Kangzhu cups to create negative pressure that pulls, lifts, aids in separation of the layers, muscle tissue and fascia. To open and expand the soft tissue to increase circulation and removal of lymph or metabolic waste. Each session starts with dynamic cupping using light suction to warm tissues. Once muscles and tissues have been warmed up, additional suction as well as static cupping may be utilized to affect change within muscles.

Scalp Massage

  • $20 for 15 minutes includes face and scalp
  • $50 for 45 minutes includes face, scalp, neck and shoulders
  • $70 for 60 minutes includes face, scalp, neck, shoulders and mini foot reflexology

One of the most relaxing stress reducing services next to a foot massage! Designed to stimulate circulation and calm the mind. The scalp is a muscle too and can experience tension similar to neck and shoulders.

Lymphatic Detox Massage

  • $55 for 60 minutes

Lymphatic Detox therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. A castor oil pack is applied to the abdomen and a mini foot reflexology. As both a preventative and remedial technique, Lymph detox can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and strengthened resistance to illness.

Precision Neuromuscular Therapy
The first initial scheduled massage will be 60 mins

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930’s by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.

Is a precise, hands-on approach to treating muscular discomfort and pain.

What to expect from PNMT session

Therapist will sit down with you at the beginning of the session to discuss your pain. You will be asked what makes your pain worse and what makes it better. A thorough examination will follow to investigate into possible muscle cause for you pain. Client will participate by giving feedback back to the therapist to let them know what areas are important. Unlike most massages clients attire is different for this massage. Clients need enough clothing to create movements while standing or sitting. For men, this may be a pair of short and for female clients a pair of short and a sports bra.

Pregnancy Massage

  • $70 per 75 minutes

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. Offering services during the second and third trimesters.

Barefoot & Swollen Massage

  • $20 per 25 mins (basic foot massage)
  • $40 per 40 mins (reflexology session)

Relaxing lavender and lemon foot bath followed by a massage of the calf and feet. This foot treatment aides in the relief of tired, achy swollen legs and feet. Choice of basic foot massage or extend your time and enjoy the added benefits of reflexology.

Labor & Induction Massage

  • $70 per 75 minutes

It is always best to book appointments with at least 24 hours in advance. If you are in the early stages of labor and would like a day-of appointment call to find out availability. There is not guarantee that you will be able to be seen that day. Existing pregnancy clients only seen within their current pregnancy during the end of their third trimester. Postpartum Massage

  • $80 per 90 minutes

Postpartum Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for after a mother has given birth. The focus of the massage is on releasing birthing tension and realigning the body. Using various techniques specially developed for after birth, postpartum massage helps release body aches and pains immediately following childbirth. The benefits promote relaxation, reduces stress hormones, induces good sleep, improves blood circulation, relief from breastfeeding and boost breast milk production.

Infant Massage Classes

  • $100 per 5 Sessions

Infant Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically to promote the healthy development of your infant a secure bonding experience.. Caring human touch is crucial for a healthy thriving baby, and the benefits of massaging your infant are potent and numerous. For example, many infants show improved growth and development of the brain and nervous system. Infant massage has also been shown to improve the quality of a baby’s sleep, as well as strengthening their immune system.

Infant massage is taught in individual or a small group of parents/caregivers and their babies up to one year of age. Classes run for 90 mins for up to five weeks so your baby gradually adjusts to your nurturing touch. Massage techniques are performed in a calm relaxing atmosphere with low lighting and soothing music. Class materials are given at the first class to take home and practice and provided for each additional class. All classes are based off your infants responses and it is okay to answer your baby’s needs during class.

Tummy Trouble Class – Available in March 2016

  • $20 for class only
  • $30 for Kit – class included at no additional cost

Tummy Trouble Class is a class focused on the abdominal massage routine instructed during a portion of the infant massage class. Parents and caregivers will be taught how to massage a baby’s stomach to help relieve colic, gas, constipation and alternative techniques for fussy babies.

Abdominal massage routine is taught in individual or a small group of parents/caregivers. Instructional time will take about 90 mins. You may attend this class with or without your baby present. Massage will be performed with instructional dolls. Class material provided with class is an instructional handout.  Tummy Trouble kit can be purchased separately or with the class.

Castor oil packs $35
45 min treatment with the use of warm castor oil soaked muslin or wool pack applied to abdomen followed by an abdominal massage and includes scalp massage or reflexology,

Paraffin Treatment
30 min treatment with the use of warm oil-based wax to provide pain relief to hands feet and sore joints and muscles. Body part is dipped or wrapped in paraffin followed by a light massage (Hands, feet, elbows, shoulder, knee).

Steam Tent

Treatment is performed on a massage table in a horizontal position you head stays cool. Cool towels are applied to you neck. During treatment a relaxing scalp and facial massage are incorporated. Indulge in the treatment alone or in combination with a massage.
